  • > RETURNS POLICY

    AZYÄ offers refunds (less the cost of shipping) on full price items. We do not offer refunds on sale items including items purchased using a discount code; however, these items can either be exchanged for a different size that we have in stock or issued with a credit note to use in our online store. Customers who have used our Welcome 10% Off Sign-Up Offer can return for a refund, store credit or exchange. You have fourteen (14) days from date of delivery to contact us to initiate a return. For all returns: The item/s must be in original condition with all labels and tags remaining in place The item/s have not been worn, washed or altered in anyway The item/s do not have any make-up and/or deodorant stains, and/or do no smell of perfume The return falls outside of the stated fourteen (14) days A Return Authorisation has been approved AZYÄ swim cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

  • > HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

    If you would like to return an item, email us at info@azyaswim.com within fourteen (14) days to request a Return Authorisation. In your email, please include: (i) What item/s you would like to refund/exchange (ii) Reasons for why you are returning the item/s Our office is located in Sydney, Australia - we will provide you with the full address along with your allocated RA Number via email. Pack item/s into their original packaging including the original attached labels and tags. Make sure to include your full name and original order number on the return parcel. Any returns that are not on their way back to AZYÄ swim within fourteen (14) days of delivery will become void. AZYÄ swim reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our returns policy.

  • > SENDING YOUR RETURN BACK

    When sending your items back, we highly recommend using a traceable postal survive as AZYA is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.

  • > AZYA PROCESSING YOUR RETURN

    Once your return is received the item/s will be checked to ensure it complies with our returns policy and a return outcome will be determined. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will send you an email once our team has processed your return.

  • > FAULTY ITEMS

    We pride ourselves on quality and inspect each and every one of our pieces after production and at the time of dispatch. In the extremely rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please email us at info@azyaswim.com within 48 hours of receiving your items with images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. Returned product(s) (and associated shipping and handling charges at standard rates) will be refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, and not the result of normal wear and tear. In such cases, please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

  • > RETURN LIMITS

    We do not return products: (a) obtained from a source other than this Website. (b) damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.). (c) damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.

  • > SALE ITEMS

    All sale items and items purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion are non-refundable; however, these can be exchanged for a different size or credit note to use in our online store as long only if our return policy is met. Orders placed with our Welcome 10% Off Sign-up Offer are entitled to a return for a refund, exchange or store credit.
