  • > RETURNS POLICY

    AZYÄ offers refunds (less the cost of shipping) and exchanges on full price items. Please note sale items are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale items including items purchased using a discount code. We do not process returns on items purchased via third-party vendors. Please contact the retailer directly.

    Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on headwear. These items will be treated as FINAL sales.

    You have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to contact us to initiate a return via email at orders@azyaswim.com. For all returns the item/s:
    • must be in original condition with all labels and tags remaining in place
    • have not been worn, washed or altered in any way.
    • do not have any make-up and/or deodorant stains, and/or do not smell of perfume.

    AZYÄ swim cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements or if the return falls outside of the stated thirty (30) days.

  • > HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

    1. Send us an email at orders@azyaswim.com within thirty (30) days of delivery and request a refund, exchange or credit note. In your email, please include:

    • What item/s you would like to refund/exchange
    • Reasons for why you are returning the item/s Our studio is located in Sydney, Australia - we will provide you with the full address via reply email.

    2. Once you receive a response via email, please pack item/s into their original packaging including the original attached labels and tags. Make sure to include your full name and order number on the returned parcel.

    3. When sending your items back, we highly recommend using a traceable postal survive as AZYA is not liable for the loss of garments being returned

  • > AZYA PROCESSING YOUR RETURN

    Once your return is received the item/s will be checked to ensure it complies with our returns policy and a return outcome will be determined. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

  • > FAULTY ITEMS

    We pride ourselves on quality and inspect each and every one of our pieces after production and at the time of dispatch. In the extremely rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please email us at orders@azyaswim.com within 48 hours of receiving your items with images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. Returned product(s) (and associated shipping and handling charges at standard rates) will be refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, and not the result of normal wear and tear. In such cases, please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

  • > RETURN LIMITS

    We do not return products:

    • obtained from a source other than this Website
    • damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
    • damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose

  • > SALE ITEMS

    All items purchased as part of a sales promotion or using a discount code are FINAL. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
