Refund policy

AZYÄ swim offers returns on full price items for a full refund (excluding original shipping cost).

You have seven (7) days from date of delivery to contact us to initiate a return.

For all returns:

• The item/s must be in original condition with all labels and tags remaining in place
• The hygiene sticker has not been removed
• The item/s have not been worn, washed or altered in anyway 
• The item/s do not have any make-up and/or deodorant stains, and/or do no smell of perfume
• The return falls outside of the stated seven (7) days
• A Return Authorisation (RA) Number has been approved

AZYÄ swim cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
