RETURNS POLICY

AZYÄ offers refunds on full price item/s (less the cost of shipping 10AUD). Sale items are FINAL. We do not offer returns (refunds, exchanges, credit notes) on any sale items including item/s purchased using a discount code.

AZYÄ does not process exchanges. If you would like to exchange item/s to different style, size or colour, please initiate a return and start a new order.

We do not process returns on items purchased via third-party vendors. Please contact the retailer directly.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on headwear. These items will be treated as FINAL sales.

You have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to contact us to initiate a return via email at orders@azyaswim.com. For all returns the item/s:

  • must be in original condition with all labels, hygiene liners and swing tags remaining in place.
  • have not been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • do not have any make-up and/or deodorant stains, and/or do not smell of perfume.

AZYÄ cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements or if the return falls outside of the stated thirty (30) days.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER - AUSTRALIAN ORDERS ONLY

  1. Send us an email at orders@azyaswim.com within thirty (30) days of delivery and request a refund or credit note. In your email, please include:
  • What item/s you would like to return.
  • Reasons for why you are returning the item/s.. Our studio is located in Sydney, Australia - we will provide you with the full address via reply email.
  1. You will receive a pre-paid returns label via reply email.  
  2. Print the pre-paid label and pack item/s into their original packaging including the original attached labels, hygiene liners and swing tags. Make sure to include your full name and order number on the returned parcel. (Note: when attaching the returns label please ensure the barcode is clearly visible and is not covered in any tape (including transparent tape).
  3. Once we receive your item/s, they will be inspected to ensure they comply with our returns policy and a return will be determined.
  4. Should your item/s meet our returns policy please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will be refunded the full amount less 10AUD for the original cost of shipping item/s to you.

Please note: If your items do not meet our criteria for returns (as outlined in the returns policy) you will not receive a refund and you will be liable for the cost of having the items sent back to you.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER

  1. Once you receive a response via email, please pack item/s into their original packaging including the original attached labels, hygiene liners and swing tags. Make sure to include your full name and order number on the returned parcel.
  2. For international orders, it is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of shipping the item/s they would like to return back to AZYÄ. It is highly recommended you use a traceable postal service and request a tracking number. AZYÄ is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. 
  3. Once we receive your item/s, they will be inspected to ensure they comply with our returns policy and a return will be determined.
  4. Should your item/s meet our returns policy please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will be refunded the full amount less 10AUD for the original cost of shipping item/s to you.

Please note: If your items do not meet our criteria for returns (as outlined in the returns policy) you will not receive a refund and you will be liable for the cost of having the items sent back to you.

FAULTY ITEMS

We pride ourselves on quality and inspect each and every one of our pieces after production and at the time of dispatch. In the extremely rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please email us at orders@azyaswim.com within 48 hours of receiving your items with images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. Returned product(s) (and associated shipping and handling charges at standard rates) will be refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, and not the result of normal wear and tear. In such cases, please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

RETURN LIMITS

We do not return products:

  • obtained from a source other than this Website
  • damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, washed not in line with care label instructions etc.)
  • damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose

SALE ITEMS

All items purchased as part of a sales promotion or using a discount code are FINAL. They cannot be returned or exchanged for a credit note.
