In the extremely rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your items with images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
Returned product(s) (and associated shipping and handling charges at standard rates) will be refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, and not the result of normal wear and tear. In such cases, please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
